This paper,by comparing and contrasting the teaching method based on the two different educational ideas,points out that if we want to change the situation of English teaching of our country,we must first change our traditional educational ideas,and then introduce the advanced and practical ones.The author here advocates the communicative approach to train the students' communicative abilities,and at last points out the theoretical basis and mode of creating an interactive English teaching class.
