Brief Account of the Measures against Corruption and for the Promotion of Being Honest and clean in Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms

贪污腐败是困扰社会发展的一大“公害”,为历代统治者所重视。秦汉三国时期 ,政府采取各种措施 ,如官员的选拔、考核、监督和立法等来制止贪污现象 ,树立廉洁的政风 ,并起到了一定的积极作用 。

Corruption and degeneration are big social problems that have aroused governors' attention through ages. During the period of Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms, the government took measures to eliminate corruption in election, in assessment, in supervision and legislation which played an active role in the social development, and set up an honest and clean administrative atmosphere. They provided salutary experiences in the struggle against corruption and for the promotion of being honest to government of later ages.
