山梨醇的比旋度与纯度关系的研究

Study on Relation between Specific Rotation and Purity of Sorbitol

目的 :探讨山梨醇的比旋度与纯度的关系。方法 :用HPLC(高效液相色谱仪 )和自动旋光仪分别测定一系列山梨醇样品的纯度及比旋度 ,并进行比较。结果 :山梨醇的比旋度和纯度之间并不具有简单的正比关系。结论 :用HPLC测得的山梨醇的纯度来表示山梨醇质量的优劣更科学。

Objective:To explore the relation between specific rotation and purity of sorbitol.Methods:To determinte the purity and the specific rotation for the chosen sorbitol samples with HPLC(High performance liquid chromatography) and auto-rotation apprartus.Results:The relationship between specific rotation and purtity of sorbitol is not in direct proportion.Conclusion:The purity which is determined by HPLC is more scientific and reasonable than the specific rotation determined by auto-rotation apparatus.\;
