摘要
目的 探讨脑出血急性期患者血压变化特点和临床护理要点对预后的影响。方法 对 66例脑出血急性期患者入院后监测收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压 ,1个月后对血压监测记录结果进行分型 ,并对各型与预后进行评估。结果 66例脑出血急性期患者血压变化分为五型 ,每型病情严重程度和预后与出血量、出血部位及合并症密切相关。结论 及时准确地对脑出血急性期患者血压变化进行监测与分型 ,对正确制订护理措施 ,提高患者生存率 ,减少致残率具有重要意义。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of blood pressure (BP) changes and clinical nursing of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsSystolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and mean blood pressure (MBP) were monitored in the 66 patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage. After 1 month of monitoring, the recorded results were classified and the prognosis of each type was prospected.ResultsThe 66 cases were divided into 5 types according to their changing characteristics. In each type, the severity and prognosis was closely related to the volume and sites of hemorrhage.ConclusionTimely and correct monitoring and typing of BP changes of acute cerebral hemorr hage patients is of great significance to regulate nursing measures, increase the survival rate and lessen disability in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients.
