Community nursing intervention in the military region

军事训练伤是影响部队官兵健康和完成训练任务的重要因素之一 ,为部队服务 ,确保官兵的身心健康是军队医院社区护理的重点。针对部队年轻人多 ,身体素质好 ,但因训练任务紧、强度大、训练伤多的特点 ,加之驻地离医院较远 ,卫生保健知识缺乏等因素 ,2 0 0 0年对某特种兵团的全体官兵进行有目的、有步骤、有层次的社区护理 ,采取建立健康教育及训练伤档案 ,组成帮带体系 ,深入训练场实地指导 ,进行多种形式的卫生宣教及心理疏导等方法 ,使该团的军事训练伤下降了 5 .86%。

Military training injuries, one of the key factors influencing the health of military personnel and the completion of training missions, is the focus of military community nursing. The soldiers are young but their training is full of tension and emergency, which causes large quantities of injuries. On the other hand, they are far from the military hospitals and short of knowledge in health care. Aiming at this poor situation, we carried out military community nursing in 2000 to the military officers and soldiers in a military regiment on purpose. We made hygienic documents for them regarding their health education and training injuries and built a system of mutual help among military staff. Meanwhile, we brought our guidance into the training sites. Through varied forms of hygienic education and psychological instructions, the military training injuries were decreased by 5.86% in the regiment.
