摘要
本文报道１例类天疱疮样扁平苔藓（ＬＰＰ）。通过免疫荧光和免疫印迹技术比较了ＬＰＰ与类天疱疮（ＢＰ）抗原在一些免疫特性方面的区别。ＬＰＰ抗原存在于ＢＭＺ的部位相似于ＢＰ，在ＰＢＳ溶液处理的标本中发现ＬＰＰ抗原稳定性强于ＢＰ抗原，而且免疫印迹检测发现此例病人血清能与２００ｋＤ蛋白结合，这与ＢＰ经典抗原是不同的。结合上述分析，认为ＬＰＰ抗原与ＢＰ抗原不同。
A young man with lichen planus pemphigoides (LPP) was reported. Immunologic characteristics of LPP antigen in this patient were investigated by indirect immunofluorescence immunoblotting and compared with bullous pemphigoid (BP) antigen. LPP antigen was clearly detected on the epidermal side of the BMZ in PBS - treated skin, but BP antigen has not been detected. Western blotting of epidermal extracts using the patient's sera showed that the antisera reacted with a unique band of 200 kD in addition to the band of 240 kD. So the investigation suggested that LPP is different from BP.
