摘要
目的 :探讨急性期脑出血患者血尿素氮变化的规律。方法 :既往无肾病及肾功能障碍病史的急性期脑出血住院患者 10 2例 ,治疗前及治疗中动态检测其尿素氮变化。结果 :治疗前尿素氮异常者 2 4例 ( 2 3 5 % ) ;使用甘露醇治疗中尿素氮异常者 16例 ( 15 7% ) ,总异常率达 3 9 2 %。不同年龄、不同部位、不同出血量、不同甘露醇使用量及不同病史患者尿素氮异常发生率均有显著差异。结论 :急性期脑出血患者血尿素氮异常发生率高 ,应引起临床医师高度重视。
Objective: To study the changes of BUN in patients with acute cerebral haemorrhage. Methods: BUN in 102 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage was measured before and after treatment. Results: BUN were abnormal in 24 (23.5%) cases before therapy; BUN became abnormal after Mannitol therapy in 16(15.7%) cases. Total BUN abnormal rate was 39.2%. BUN abnormal rates were significantly different in patients with different haemorrhage location, hemorrhage volume, Mannitol dosage and case history. Conclusions: More attention should be paid to the high rate of abnormal BUN in acute cerebral haemorrhage.
