大黄虫丸对肾间质纤维化影响的实验研究

Effect of Dahuangzhechongwan on kidney interstitial fibrosis

目的 :探讨大黄虫丸对腺嘌呤所致肾间质纤维化的影响。方法 :用腺嘌呤造模 ,成功后分为模型组、中药组、西药组。检测第 3周、6周血肌酐、尿素氮 ,肾脏PAS、Msson染色检测肾间质纤维化程度。结果 :治疗结束后 ,中药组、西药组血肌酐、尿素氮和肾间质纤维化程度计分均较对照组明显降低 ,中药组降低更明显 (治疗组与对照组间P <0 .0 0 1,两治疗组间P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :大黄虫丸能显著改善肾功能 。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Dahuangzhechongwan on chronic renal failure interstitial fibrosis. Methods: Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF) rat was made by using Adenine. Then divided into Chinese herb group(CHG),losrtan group(LG) and control group(CG),treated with Dahuangzhechongwan,losrtan.6 weeks later, serum creatinine(Scr),BUN were tested, kidney biopsy was also taken and stained with PAS and Masson. Results:After treating, testing the value of serum Scr, BUN and RIF area, in CHG they are 122.7±2.53 μmol/L?12.45±1.63 mmol/L?0.4±0.2;in LG are 134.5±1.59 μmol/L?18.32±1.47 mmol/L?0.6±0.2;in CG are 184.3±5.63 μmol/L?23.41±1.52 mmol/L?1.7±0.3LG. Conclusion: Dahuangzhechongwan was effective in treating RIT.
