摘要
目的 :观察“肾毒灵”对慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型的保护作用 ,并探讨其疗效机制。方法 :根据益气活血降浊法 ,制成“肾毒灵”胶囊 ,用 0 .75 %腺嘌呤饲料喂养大鼠制成肾衰竭模型 ,灌胃观察“肾毒灵”胶囊的疗效。喂养 5 0d后测血清中BUN、Scr、钙、磷、白蛋白和血色素的水平 ,并取肾组织做病理检查。结果 :与对照组比较 ,“肾毒灵”胶囊可明显降低血清中BUN和Scr的含量 ,预防性拮抗钙磷失调 ;改善贫血和提高血浆蛋白的水平 ,同时减轻了肾组织的病理损害。结论 :肾毒灵方具有促进氮质排泄 ,改善尿毒症合并症 ,减轻肾间质炎症 。
Objective:The capsule 'Shen-du-ling'is made up of the drugs for supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and drainaging turbid materials from the body.Methods:the effect of which was observed on rat models of chronic renal failure induced by eating 0.75% adenine contained food.After the treatment of Shen-du-ling for 50 days,the level of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine was lower in the treated groups than those in the controls.Results:The drugs also increased the level of serum calcium and decreased the serum phosphorus in the treated groups.Conclusion:The light microscopy revealed that Shen-du-ling alleviated the pathological changes in the treated groups.
