肾衰宁与包醛氧淀粉治疗慢性肾衰竭临床疗效比较

The Curative Effect Valuation of Using The Shen Shuai Ning Capsules to Treat The Chronic Renal Failure

目的 :为了解肾衰宁胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效及特点。方法 :5 6例慢性肾衰竭患者 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组服用肾衰宁胶囊治疗 ;对照组服用包醛氧淀粉治疗。结果 :治疗组血尿素氮、血肌酐明显下降 ,血红蛋白明显升高 ,消化道症状明显减少 ,总有效率达 92 % ,优于对照组。结论 :肾衰宁治疗慢性肾衰竭有良好的疗效 ,患者容易耐受 ,是治疗早。

Objective:In order to evaluate the clinical curative effect chronic renal failure patients treated with SHEN SHUAI NING capsule.Methods:48 patients with chronic renal failure between the two groups,were randomly divided into two groups: the test group, 26 cases, taking the SHEN SHUAI NING capsule (4～6 pill every time,Tid); the control group, 30 cases, taking the COATED ALDEHYDE OXYSTARCH (5～10 gram every time,Tid),There were no difference in the sex?age?renal function.During the observation term of 45 days, the serum BUN?Cr?Hb?CO 2CP have been detected for every 15 days.The data has been evaluated.Results:The serum BUN?Cr decrease obviously(P<0.001) in the both group, but serum BUN,Scr.The test group are decreasing greater than that in the control group. The levels of Hb and CO 2CP are increasing significantly in the test than that in the control group, the total curative effect rate are 92% and 76% respectively. Conclusions:Using the treated SHEN SHUAI NING capsule on the chronic renal failure not only has a good effect, but also has less side-dffect and easy to taking. It is a safe?effective drug to treat chronic renal failure.
