摘要
大起重量高扬程起重机采用双联卷筒、双层缠绕系统时,钢绳分支在空间交叉,吊重升降过程中可能产生干涉现象。通过对钢绳分支在空间位置的分析,建立数学模型后编程计算,解决了各分支的干涉问题,并运用到某水电站500吨门式起重机的设计工作。
When twin-drum double-layer winding of rope is used for large capacity and high lift crane, the interference of rope branches may occur during load lifting and lowering operation due to cross intersection ofrope branches in space. Based on analysis of rope branch locations in space, a mathematical model is establ-ished to solve the interference problem followed by computer programming. This method has been applied tothe design of a 500t gantry crane for a hydraulic power station.
