Review on Nerve Growth Factor

目的：综述神经生长因子及其 P75受体与细胞凋亡的关系。方法：查阅国内外有关文献加以综述。结果：神经生长因子与 P75结合或独立的 P75可以传递死亡信号，最终导致细胞死亡。结论：神经生长因子和 P75参与并介导细胞凋亡。

Objective:To sum up the new development on relationship between nerve growth factor and its P75 receptor and apoptosis.Methods:10 up to date related papers have been reviewed.Results:Nerve growth factor binds to its receptor P75,or just P75 could transfer dead signal and result in cell death.Conclusions:Nerve growth factor and its receptor P75 mediated apoptosis.
