米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕1048例的临床分析

To analyze 1048 cases of induced abortion by mifepristone combined with misoprostol

目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的安全性和效果。方法 将本院门诊 10 48例早孕行药物流产者按停经天数分成 3组 ,进行对比分析。结果 停经 34～ 42d者完全流产率 99 13 % ,停经 43～ 49d者完全流产率 92 90 % ,停经 5 0～6 0d者完全流产率 88 36 %。总完全流产率 95 71%。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕是安全可行的 ,且妊娠天数越少 ,则安全流产率越高。

AIM\ To investigate the effect of induced abortion by Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol. METHODS\ 1 048 patients undergoing abortion induced by Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in our hospital were classitied into three groups according to their last menstruation peried (LMP). RESULTS\ Of patients who had induced abortion by Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol 34 to 42 days after their LMP. 99 13% had a complete abortion. When 43 to 49 days after LMP, the complete abortion rate was reduced to 88 36%. The overall complete abortion rate of the 1 048 patients was 95 71%. CONCLUSIONS\ Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol is an effective and safe method for induced abortion, especially when it is used early.
