摘要
目的 探讨nm2 3、Ⅳ型胶原、增殖核抗原 (PCNA)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中表达的意义。方法 采用SP免疫组化法检测 84例NSCLC组织中nm2 3、Ⅳ型胶原、PCNA的表达。其中鳞癌 42例 ,腺癌 42例 ;按TNM分期Ⅰ期 2 7例 ,Ⅱ期 2 4例 ,Ⅲ期 2 4例 ,Ⅳ期 9例。资料分析采用 χ2 检验。结果 nm2 3、Ⅳ型胶原、PCNA在NSCLC中表达的阳性率分别为 6 0 .7% (5 1 /84)、75 .0 % (6 3 /84)和 5 3 .6 % (45 /84)。nm2 3、Ⅳ型胶原表达与肺鳞癌淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,Ⅳ型胶原、PCNA与NSCLC分化程度相关 ,nm2 3、Ⅳ型胶原、PCNA表达与TNM分期无关。结论 nm2 3、Ⅳ型胶原、PCNA参与NSCLC转移过程的调节 ,可以作为评价NSCLC转移能力的指标。
Objective To study the significance of nm23, collagen Ⅳ and PCNA expressions in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Expressions of the nm23, collagen Ⅳ and PCNA in 84 cases of non small cell lung cancer were examined with SP immunohistochemical technique. Of the 84 cases, there were squamous cell carcinoma 42, adenocarcinoma 42, stage Ⅰ 27, stage Ⅱ 24, stage Ⅲ 24, and stage Ⅳ 9. Statistical analysis was performed with χ 2 test. Results Expressions of the nm23, collagen Ⅳ and PCNA in 84 cases of non small cell lung cancer were 60.7% (51/84),75.0% (63/84) and 53.6% (45/84) respectively. There was negative correlation between the lymph node metastasis and the expressions of nm23 and collagen Ⅳ in squamous cell carcinoma, and the expressions of collagen Ⅳ and PCNA were associated with tumor differentiation. No correlation was found between TNM stage and expressions of nm23, collagen Ⅳ and PCNA . Conclusion The results indicate that nm23, collagen Ⅳ and PCNA participate the modulation of metastasis of non small cell lung cancer and that they may be used to evaluate the potential of metastasis.
