摘要
本实验以大白鼠躯体悬吊作为模拟微重力的动物模型,通过观察大白鼠骨髂肌蛋白质和核酸的含量变化研究低负荷/运动减退对骨骼肌的影响实验结果表明大白鼠悬吊14天后,后肢比目鱼肌和趾长伸肌都明显萎缩,尤以前者萎缩严重;萎缩的骨骼肌蛋白质相对含量和绝对含量降低,DNA和RNA 含量降低。本文对这些变化的机制进行了讨论。
Body suspension was employed in rats to simulate weightlessness underwhich effects of hypodynamia/hypokinesia on skeletal muscle were studiedthrough observation of the changes of protein,DNA and RNA of the skeletalmuscles.The results indicated that after a 14-day suspension the soleus(SOL) and extensor digitorum longus (EDL) atrophied significantly,withthe former being more serious than the latter.Absolute content and concen-tration of protein in atrophied skeletal muscle declined significantly,andcontents of DNA and RNA reduced,too.The mechanism of the changes isdiscussed in the present paper.
