河网地区水环境规划中的污染源控制方法

河网地区不同环境功能的水体 ,具有不同的水质要求 .在进行水环境规划时 ,需据此水质要求确定各污染源的允许排放量 .本文从反问题的角度 ,构造了带约束条件的污染源项控制反问题 ,并给出在满足水质约束情况下 ,求解污染源项的方法 .

The quality limitation for water body in network is based on its function. In the planning of water environment, the permissible discharge amount of pollutant for various sources is calculated according to the quality limitation of the water body. An inverse problem of water pollutant control with restricted conditions is established and the method for calculating the pollution discharge amount is proposed.
