起重机振动与声响故障的感官诊断

Diagnosis of vibration and sound troubles of crane by sense organ

起重机的振动与声响故障很频繁,如果能在现场利用感官对故障原困作出准确的判断,便能迅速采取措施,缩短修理与停机时间。本文以轨行式起重机为例,列举常见的振动或声响故障的特征、原因与补救措施,说明利用感官诊断的有效性。

Vibration and sound troubles of crane occur frequently. If the cause of trouble can be correctly determ-ined at site by sense organ, then measures can be taken immediately and the service and breakdown timeare shortened. Present paper takes rail-mounted crane as an example to show the special characteristics andcauses of common vibration and sound troubles. Remedy measures are proposed. The effetiveness of diagnosisby sense organ is described.
