摘要
目的 通过运动生理学、体育教育学和儿童韵律体操等学科综合协作编制一套“儿童右脑增智体操” ,探讨其对儿童智力的影响。方法 对北京市 73名小学四年级学生进行了一年儿童右脑增智体操训练 ,对照研究。以“儿童右脑增智体操”作为运动刺激源 ,采用儿童用脑习惯的测验表、韦氏儿童智力测验和脑诱发电位测试仪获得事件相关电位ERP (P3 0 0 )数据。对实验前、后儿童智力的变化情况进行相关研究。结果 实验组右脑度、智商水平与对照组比有一定程度的提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;事件相关电位 (ERP)中SP3潜伏期缩短 ,ASP3波幅加大 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 通过我们编制的“儿童右脑增智体操”的训练 ,通过反复、科学地加强左侧肢体运动及手指、眼睛等部位的灵巧运动 。
Objective To develop a set of Right Brain Gymnastics according to the theory of neurophysiology and sports medicine,including body exercise,especially the left side exercise, fingers and eyes exercise, mental gymnastics so as to improve intelligence in children Methods 73 pupils aged 8~10 were divided into two groups randomly The research group was trained by Right Brain Gymnastics for one year and the control group did routine exercise as usual The brain activity and the change of intelligence measured by amplitudes and latencies of event-related potential (ERP), Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC), and the Right Brain Questionnaire Results The scores of Right Brain Scale and IQ,especially PIQ Scale,were significantly different between the research group and the control group (P<0 05) and the latency of SP3 got shorter, the ASP3 got higher (P<0 01) Conclusion Right Brain Gymnastics improves the right brain function and intelligence of children
