脉压在老年高血压病患者中的作用

Effect of pulse pressure in aged patients with essential hypertension

目的 :探讨老年高血压病患者脉压 (PP)与左室重量指数 (L VMI)和外周血单个核细胞端粒酶活性 (TMa)变化的关系。方法 :用血压计、超声心动图和端粒酶 PCR- EL ISA方法检测 6 1例老年高血压病患者和 2 0例血压正常 PP<6 0 mm Hg者的 PP、 L VMI和 TMa。结果 :高血压 PP≥ 6 0 mm Hg组 TMa比血压正常组的高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,高血压 PP≥ 6 0 mm Hg组与高血压 PP<6 0 mm Hg组和血压正常组比 L VMI最高 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脉压增大促进老年高血压性左室肥厚和外周血单个核细胞

Objective:To evaluate the relation among pulse pressure(PP),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and the telomerase activities(TMa) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from aged patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods:TMa in 61 EH and 20 normotensives was measured with Telomerase\|PCR\|ELISA assayMeanwhile PP and LVMI were measured with sphygmomanometer and echocardiographyResults:TMa in EH group with PP≥60mmHg significantly increased than that in normotensive group(P<005)LVMI was the highest in EH group with PP≥60mmHg,compared with EH group with PP<60mmHg and normotensive group(P<005)Conclusion:The increased PP may play a role in EH left ventricular hypertrophy and TMa of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from aged patients with EH.
