摘要
根据目前湖州市内河河道泄洪能力差 ,管理不善 ,面临洪涝灾害等不良现状 ,提出相应的管理和工程措施 ,通过这些措施的实施 ,可以使内河河道综合治理取得良好效果 。
According to the bad situation of the river's poor ability to the flood discharge,of the bad management and of facing with the flood disaster,strengthening the management measure and engineering measure in most aspects,making the good effect of dredging the internal river,preventing the flood disasters.
