摘要
结合南京新世纪广场工程 ,进行了一榀 1∶10比例带预应力混凝土桁架转换层结构的拟动力试验和低周反复荷载作用下的拟静力试验 ,对带预应力混凝土桁架转换层结构的弹性地震反应、变形能力、延性系数等抗震耗能以及其破坏机制等进行了研究。文中还较为系统地提出了带预应力混凝土桁架转换层的高层建筑结构设计建议和构造要求 ,为带预应力混凝土桁架转换层的高层建筑结构的抗震设计和推广应用提供科学参考。
A model test study on the transfer?story structure with prestressed concrete truss is carried out. It is divided into two parts: pseudo?dynamic and pseudo?static test. The model is made in a scale of one tenth. It is considered as a project design of Nanjing New Century Square. The result of the pseudo?dynamic test has shown that the transfer?story structure model with prestessed concrete truss is deformed in a shear?flexure mode. Similarly, the result of the pseudo?static test has shown that the model behaves well under service load. It is good in ductility in he collapse stage that can be satisfied for the aseismatic requirement. Some requirements for the design of a tall building are presented for reference.
