米非司酮对子宫肌瘤组织中bcl-2、P53和雌、孕激素受体的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究米非司酮对子宫肿瘤细胞内凋亡调控基因 bcl- 2、P5 3和雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响。方法 应用免疫组化技术测定 12例经米非司酮治疗的子宫肌瘤组织中 bcl- 2、P5 3和 ER、PR的阳性表达率 ,并以 12例未用药的子宫肌瘤患者作对照。结果 服药组子宫肌瘤组织中 bcl- 2、PR、ER阳性表达率较对照组显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,P5 3阳性表达率两组差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 米非司酮可明显降低肌瘤组织中 ER、PR,而且可以抑制肌瘤细胞内 bcl- 2表达 。 Objective To study the effect of mifepristone on the expression of bcl 2?P53 and estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR) in uterine leiomyoma.Methods The expression of bcl 2,P53 protein,and ER,PR was determined immunohistochemically in leiomyoma of 12 mifepristone treated(experimental group) cases,which were compared with 12 untreated patients(control group).Results The positive rate of bcl 2 and ER,PR in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group( P <0.01).No signficant difficance of the positive rate of P53 was observed between the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone can significantly decrease the expression of bcl 2,and ER,PR in leiomyoma which can induce leiomyoma cell apoptosis.
