戊二醛用于根管治疗的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of glutaraldehyde for intracanal treatment

目的 探讨戊二醛作为根管治疗药物的临床效果。方法 2 44颗因牙髓炎或根尖周炎需作根管治疗的前牙和双尖牙 ,用戊二醛作为治疗药物 ,以甲醛甲酚作为对照物 ,观察对比治疗效果。结果 戊二醛对牙髓炎治疗效果满意 ,对根尖周炎治疗效果不理想。

Objective To explore clinical effect of glutaraldehyde for intracanal treatment.Methods Glutaraldehyde was used for intracanal treament in 244 anterior and bicuspids teeth suffering from pulpitis or apical periodontitis.The clinincal effect was observed and compared with those treated with formocresol.Result Effect of glutaraldehyde was satisfactory in patients with pulpitis,but not good in cases of apical periodontitis.Conclusion Formocresol may be replaced by glutaraldehyde in cases of pulpitis.
