Summary on Study of Nursing on TPN

目的：探索完全胃肠外营养治疗的护理。方法：通过复习文献，综述国内外部份护理工作者对完全胃肠外营养治疗的护理经验。结果：完全胃肠外营养治疗不当可给患者带来不必要的损害，甚至危及患者生命，产生原因主要来自操作技术及护理不当。结论：为使 TPN支持治疗顺利进行，减少或避免并发症的发生，要求熟练掌握配制技术，做好导管护理，在输液过程中观察病人的反应，监测有关指标，掌握滴注速度等。

Objective:To review the study of nursing on TNP.Methods:To collect,search and summarize the related literatures of Nursing on TPN.Results:TPN is a very helpful method in the clinical nursing,but misusing of TPN could be very harmful to the patient.The indication and operating rules should be strictly followed.Conclusions:TNP is a very helpful technic in the clinical nursing,but we should strictly followed the operating rules and the follow-up nursing care is very important as well.
