手术与非手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的比较分析

Operative and Nonoperative Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的 :分析比较保守与手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 :87例用牵引治疗 ,42例用角形钢板内固定。结果 :术后经 13～ 36月随访 ,牵引治疗及手术治疗的优良率分别为 93.1%和 92 .86 %。结论 :角形钢板内固定是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较好方法 ,采用牵引方法治疗也能取得较好的疗效。

Objective:To analyse the nonoperative and operative treatment for intertrochanteric fracture and study the outcome of all cases.Methods:87 patients were treated by traction and 42 patients were treated by angle plate internal fixation.Results:All patients were followed up 13-36 monthes.The excellent and good rate of 87 cases treated by nonoperation was 93.1%,and operative treatment 92.86%.Conclusions:Both nonoperative and operative are effective methods to treat intertrochanteric fracture.
