带锁髓内钉治疗股骨胫骨骨折

The treatment of femoral and tibia fractures with intramedullary interlocking nail

目的 :探讨带锁髓内钉在股骨、胫骨骨折的应用。方法 :选用江苏省武进市生产的带有远近瞄准器的股骨、胫骨钉 ,治疗不同类型股骨骨折 10例、胫骨骨折 8例。结果 :随访 8月～ 2年 3个月 ,18例均骨性愈合 ,未出现骨折、断钉感染及膝、踝关节僵硬等并发症。结论 :带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折治愈率高 ,并发症少。

Objective:To study the efficacy of intremedullary interlocking nail in the treament of femoral fractures and tibia fratures.Methods:10 cases of femoral fractures and 8 cases of tibia factures were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail with aiming sight made in Wujin City,Jiangsu province.Resultes:The fellow-up ranged 8 to 27 months.All the patients healed up well.There were no fractures,infections,broken nail.Conclusion:The clinical results of use of intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of femoral and tibia fractures are excellent.
