中药安神健脾糖浆治疗抗精神病消化道副作用的临床疗效观察

A clinic study on therapeutic effect of Syr Anshenjianpi for digestion system side effects caused by antipsychotic drugs

目的：观察自制中药安神健脾糖浆治疗抗精神病药氯丙嗪、氯氮平所致口干、口苦、恶心呕吐、食欲差、便秘等消化道副作用的临床疗效。方法：对１６～５５岁，我院１９９９年１月～２０００年１０月住院精神分裂症的男性患者，分成研究组（Ｎ＝７１）和对照组（Ｎ＝７２），双盲对照，用副反应量表（ＴＥＳ）和自制患者自评量表评定。结果：两组患者在口干、口苦、恶心呕吐、食欲差、便秘等项的某些阶段评分上，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５＝，对便秘的疗效尤为突出。结论：中药安神健脾糖浆在治疗抗精神病药所致消化道副作用方面疗效确切，可作为抗精神病治疗的一种辅助用药在精神科临床常规使用。

Objectives: To observe therapeutic effect of Chinese herb syr. Anshengjianpi used in digestion system side effects caused by antypsychotic drugs-Chlorpromazine and Clozapine. These side effects included thirst, bitterness, nausea, vomit, anorexia, astriction, etc. Methods: The observation divides randomly 143 sam- ples who were hospitalized in Wuhan Mental Health Center in Jan,1999-Oct.2000 into treatment group(n= 71) and controlled group(n=72).The assessment scales were TESS and patient Self-Evaluation Scale which were worked out by the observer. We had four assessments during the period. Results: We have found that there was a significant difference on thirst, bitterness nausea vomit anorexia and astriction between the two groups in some assessments(P<0.05),Conclusion: Chinese herb Syr. Anshengjianpi had definite therapeutic effect on digestion system side effects caused by antipsychotic drugs. This Chinese herb can be used in psy- chiatric routine treatment as a subsidiary drug.
