眼震电图600例分析

Analysis of 600 individualities on Electronystagmogram

目的：探讨眼震电图（ＥＮＧ）对伴眩晕性疾病的鉴别诊断价值。方法：对５７５例眩晕患者进行眼震电图检查（包括自发性眼震，凝视性眼震试验，视动性眼震试验，位置性眼震试验及变温试验等）。结果：梅尼埃病、特发性突聋、椎一基底动脉供血不足、脑病等伴 眩晕的疾病的ＥＮＧ均出现相应的特征检查结果。结论：ＥＮＧ检查是临床上一种全面的前庭功能检查法，对伴眩晕症状 疾病的鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。

Objectives: To investigate the value of ENG on differential diagnosis of disease with dizziness diseases Methods: The recordings of ENG, including spontaneous eye-quate and gaze test, optokinetic nys- tagmus positional and caloric test, from 575 individualities with dizziness diseases. Results: The results indicat- ed that there were characteristics of ENG recorded from Menieres, sudden deafness and some central disease etc with dizziness diseases .Conclusion: ENG was very important means for the differential diagnosis with dizziness diseases.
