摘要
目的研究动力式踝足矫形器对痉挛性脑性瘫痪患者步态和稳定性的影响。方法１０例曾配戴标准式踝足矫形器患者使用动力式踝足矫形器，用目测法观察动力式踝足矫形器对患者行走时步态周期的影响。结果动力式踝足矫形器可在矢状面允许踝足有背屈和跖屈活动，患儿的步态更接近正常。结论使用动力式踝足矫形器能更好地改善步态，增加稳定性。
Objective To investigate the effect on gait of c hildren with cerebral palsy by using dynamic ankle foot orthoses(DAFO).Method dynamic ankle foot orthoses were used by ten children with spastisity cerebral palsy who had been using standard ankle foot orthoses.The effect on gait of the children was observed.Result With a certain degree of ankle dorsif lexion and plantarflexion,dynamic ankle foot orthoses could supply a better gait pattern.Conclusion Dynamic ankle foot orthosis can be a better orthosis in improving the ambu lation of the cerebral palsy children with a certain degree of ankle range of motion.
