摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL -1β)对缺氧培养神经元的作用。方法应用四唑盐比色法(MTT)染色检测IL -1β对缺氧培养神经元存活的影响。结果IL -1β对正常培养的神经元活性无明显影响,但可显著降低缺氧培养神经元的活性。结论IL -1β可能与其他损伤因子共同作用,参与了缺氧后的病理损伤。 Objective Interleukin -1β(IL -1β)plays a key role in the pathogenesis o f cerebral ischemia.In this study we will observe the effect of IL -1βon hypoxia neurons survive.Method MTT staining was used to detected the survial neurons.Result IL -1βhad no effect on normal cultured neur ons,but it could decrease the number of hypoxia cultured neurons.Conclusion IL -1βhad the deteriorative function on hypox ia cultured neurons.
