摘要
目的 探讨褪黑素对吗啡依赖小鼠肾组织损害的治疗作用。方法 用皮下定量注射吗啡的方法建立吗啡依赖小鼠模型,经褪黑素治疗4周后,用HE染色、酶组织化学染色及图像分析方法,在光镜下观察吗啡依赖小鼠肾脏组织结构及酶组织化学变化。结果 肾细胞变性的发生率在吗啡自然戒断组为10例(10/10);ACP、活性升高,而SDH活性降低。褪黑素治疗组仅1例(1/10),且为个别肾细胞水肿;ACP、和SDH活性正常。结论 褪黑素可使吗啡所致的肾损害得到良好恢复。
Objective To study the recovery degree of kidney of morphine dependent mice after being treated with melatonin. Method A physical dependent model in mice was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine, and the pathological and enzyme histochemistry changes were reviewed by light microscope in kidney tissue. Result At the end of forth week of natural withdrawal, hydropic and degeneration was found in kidney cells of all morphine dependent mice (10/10), the activities of ACP were increased, while the activities of SDH, were reduced; the pathological changes of melatonin treatment group were higher than that of natural withdrawal group, one or two fatty degeneration cells were seen in kidney of only one mouse (1/10) and the activities of ACP, SDH recovered normal. Conclusion The structure and function in kidney could get more rapid recovery after being treated with melatonin.
