社区人群高血压综合防治效果初探

Preliminary exploration on the effect of comprehensive intervention of hypertension in community population

[目的 ] 了解高血压综合防治效果。 [方法 ] 在某社区 1998年 4月对 35岁以上居民高血压普查的基础上 ,设干预组和监测组 ;在干预组的高血压者中进行以三级管理为主的综合防治 ,与 2 0 0 0年同期进行结果比较。 [结果 ] 社区 35岁以上人群 ,收缩压显著下降 ;干预组一、二、三级高血压患者收缩压和舒张压均显著下降 ,平均值达正常血压水平 (收缩压 14 0mmHg ,舒张压 90mmHg)。 [结论 ] 在该社区开展的综合防治是有效的。

To evaluate the results of comprehensive intervention of hypertension. For community inhabitants over 35 years old, blood pressures were measured using mercury column manometer to find out patients of hypertension in June, 1998. These patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Comprehensive intervention was given to intervention group, the main intervention measure was three level management for the patients of hypertension for 2 years. Finally, the blood pressure before and after intervention and between two groups were compared. The systolic blood pressure (SBP) of the community inhabitants of more than 35 years old was reduced markedly. Both SBP and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of the intervention group were also reduced markedly with average blood pressure value reached the normal level (SBP 140mmHg, DBP 90mmHg). [Conclusion] The comprehensive intervention conducted in the community was effective.
