检验报告书质量分析和探讨

Analysis and discussion on the quality of tests reports

[目的 ] 了解我站检验报告的质量状况 ,进一步提高检测质量。 [方法 ] 对 85 5 2份检验报告书按采样符合率、检测符合率和评价符合率进行分析 ,并运用SPSSforWindows软件进行聚类分析。 [结果 ] 三项质量指标有逐年上升趋势 ,聚类分析结果为 1996年、1998年和 1999年检验报告总体质量最优 ,1993年、1994年、1995年和 1997年的检验报告质量次之 ,1992年的检验报告质量较差 ,三类间的差异有显著性。 [结论 ] 经过实施计量认证 ,实行规范化、制度化的质量管理 。

To explore the quality of tests reports in our station so as to improve the quality of the related tests. The conformity rate of sample collecting, testings and evalution of totally 8552 tests reports were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows software for classified analysis. The three quality norms showed an upgoing tendency. The result of classified analysis could be divided into three groups. The quality of reports in 1996,1998 and 1999 was the best, and the quality of reports in 1993,1994,1995 and 1997 was the second while that of 1992 was at a relatively low level. Difference was significant between every two groups. [Conclusion] The quality of testing reports could be greatly enhanced through metrological accredited and regular quality management.
