摘要
在国内外发动机稳定性评定技术的基础上,分析研究了发动机的可用稳定裕度应等于或大于多个降稳因子的需要稳定裕度之和。其中包括批生产和翻修后发动机制造、装配公差对喘振裕度的影响。基于这种认识,参照第三代发动机的使用实践,提出了批生产试车和翻修后发动机试车的失速边界的验收方法。即在畸变条件下发动机在稳定工况及遭遇加速“bodie”加速操作时检查稳定性的方法和验收准则。此外也提出了控制发动机试车质量的技术途径。
based on engine stability assessment at home and abroad, this paper considers the surge margin available equal to or exceed the sum of required surge margins for all instability losses including the influrnce of manufacture and assemble tolerance on engine stability in production and overhaul. Based on this understanding and the practice from third generation engines, this paper suggests a procedure to run engine compressor stall margin acceptance test after production and overhaul. This procedure is a criterion to check and accept engine stability at steady state condition and 'bodie' maneuvers under inlet total pressure distortion condition. In addition, it provides a technique to control the quality of engine test.
