发动机空气系统的改进设计

Improvements on Engine Air System Design

主要介绍了发动机空气系统的改进设计。在确定的空气系统设计原则下 ,对初步方案进行了详细的分析。针对轴向力调整、高压涡轮盘冷却等存在的问题作了修改。经过多轮设计 ,得到了最终方案。简要介绍了空气系统的设计方案 ,分析了最终方案的可行性。

This paper presents an improved design of an aero engine air system. According to the design principles of aero engine air system, a detail analysis has been made on primary scheme. Modifications on the existing problems of axial force adjustment and air cooling of HP turbine disc have been made. The final design of the air system has been concluded after several turns of efforts. The design method of the air system is described in this paper.
