Genetic Algorithm-Based Optimization of a Valve Spring in an Engine

摘要 建立发动机气门弹簧优化数学模型 ,应用遗传算法求出问题的最优解 ,探讨了将遗传算法应用于此类具有约束、多变量类型优化问题的可行性。 This paper describes a method of optimizing a valve spring in an engine by using a genetic algorithm and a comprehensive optimal mathematical model is set up.The best solution is found by means of genetic algorithm.The results indicate that the genetic algorithm-based optimal design can be used to such a problem which has many restraints and many types of variables.
