摘要
介绍了PMD的概念及其产生原因 ,PMD对长距离高速率光纤通信系统的影响及其改进措施 ,结合工程实例论述了PMD的测量方法及指标控制。
The definition and emergence causes of PMD are introduced and its effects on the high speed and long distance optical transmission system are discussed.Meanwhile a method to measure PMD and to control its parameter is illustrated by using an example project.
