Difficult problems were well resolved during the construction of the super shallow buried Chang'anba Tunnel exit with unsymmetrical pressure and weak surrounding rock by using surface anchor bolt, addind covering concrete, small pilot tube pre\|grouting support, three\|bench tunneling method, and surrounding rock monitoring and surveying.some valuable experiences are obtained.
