摘要
讨论一种根据与被测圆周有关联的多边形测量大直径的方法。通过磁铁现场组装各测量单元 ,可以实现任意大直径的内径和外径测量 ,而且具有测量装置结构简单、体积小巧、成本低廉以及标定容易等特点。由于各测量单元的平均化作用 ,误差分析指出其可以达到 0 0 0 2 +1×1 0 - 5D(mm)的测量精度 ,并由实验证实了这一结论。
A new method for measuring the large diameters based on a polygon that is related with the circle to be measured is described. By assembling in situ the measuring apparatus around the circumference of the workpiece with magnets, any large size of external or internal diameters can be measured. In addition, the measuring apparatus has many other advantages such as compactness, simple structure and low cost and so on. Due to the average effect among the measuring units, the uncertainty of the measurement is analyzed to be 0.002 + 1 × 10-5 D(mm) or less, Where D is the diameter measured in mm. The results of repeatability and comparison experiments are agreed with this conclusion.
