摘要
通过对注塑样品分层切片的光学与电子显微镜观察,研究了热致液晶聚合物/玻璃纤维/聚砜原位混杂复合材料的形态结构.结果表明,从皮至芯热致液晶聚合物呈梯度分布,即热致液晶聚合物分散相形态从皮层的微纤逐步过渡到芯部的微球,其含量从皮至芯递减.加入聚砜接枝马来酸酐共聚物作为界面相容剂,改善了热致液晶聚合物及玻璃纤维与聚砜基体的界面粘结,也减弱了热致液晶聚合物含量与形态在样品中的梯度分布效应.
In situ hybrid composites based on thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) /glas5 fiber(GF)/polysulfone(PSF) and TLCP/GF/PSF grafted maleic anhydride(PSF-g-MAH)/PSF have been prepared. By means of optic microscopy and SEM, the morphologies of injection molded in situ hybrid composites have been investigated. The resuIts show that the morphology of TLCP phase changes from fibrils to spheres along the direction from skin to core. The TLCP content de- creases with increasing depth from the skin section to core section, revealed by FTIR. The addition of PSF grafted maleic anhydride to TLCP/GF/PSF in-situ hybrid composites, improves the interfacial adhesion between the TLCP and PSF matrix and weakens the trend of forming gradient structure.
