摘要
以丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为网络剂,用高分子网络凝胶法在低温下制备纳米ZnO粉体,单体与网络剂的质量比为5∶1粉料的粒度分布为 5~15nm,平均粒径尺寸为8nm,比表面为158.5m2·g-1,ZnO含量达到99.0%(质量分数).
Nanometer-sized ZnO powder was synthesized at low temperature by the polyacry- lamide-gel method. Acrylamide was used as monomer, N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide was used as lattice reagent, and the best mass ratio between monomer and lattice reagent. The particle-diameter distribution of ZnO powder was from 5 to 1.5nm, the average particle size of the ZnO powder was about 8nm and the specific surface area was about 158.5m2g-1. The content of ZnO reached 99.0% (mass fraction).
