橡胶密封膜粘接用清洗剂的选择

Selection of Resolver Used in the Bonding of Rubber Sealing Film

考察了几种清洗剂对气柜橡胶密封膜粘接性能的影响 ,包括工业二甲苯、工业乙酸乙酯、工业丙酮与分析纯二甲苯。结果表明 ,以工业丙酮作清洗剂的橡胶密封膜 ,其剥离强度平均偏差和 85万次屈挠试验后的剥离强度变化率最小 ;其剥离强度和剪切强度均满足性能要求。

In this paper, the influences of several resolver on the bonding properties of rubber sealing film of gas tank are investigated,including industrial dimethy benzene, industrial ethyl acetate, industrial acetone and analytically pure dimethy benzene. The results show that the average deviation of peel off strength and the deviation rate of peel off strength after 850,000 bending tests of the rubber sealing film cleared by industrial acetone are the smallest, and both peel off strength and tear strength satisfy the performance requirements,so that industrial acetone is capable to replace analytically pure dimethy benzene as the resolver.
