摘要
用红外光谱和电子能谱对某破损橡胶密封膜进行了分析 ,分析结果表明 ,橡胶密封膜为氯丁橡胶和丁腈橡胶并用胶 ,与外层胶材质要求不符 。
Failure of a rubber seal has been analyzed by using infrared spectrometer and electron spectrometer.The analytic results indicate that the premature failure of the rubber seal is mainly due to the use of chloroprene rubber combined with butyronitrile rubber. It didn't match the demand for outer layer material.
