摘要
以 TiCl_13为源物质.通过添加强氧化剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂 V^(+5)的TiO_2纳米粉末.研究了该材料的结构、晶粒尺寸和分散性在不同掺钒量和烧结时间(400℃)条件下的变化规律.结果表明,V^(+5)在 TiO_2中形成替位式掺杂,使锐钛矿相结构产生微应力,不仅促进其向金红石相转变,而且使大晶粒扭曲畸变形成小晶粒.
Nanoscale TiO2 powders doping with vanadium by oxidizing sol-gel process were prepared using TiCl3 as a source matter. The influence of vanadium on the phase transition was studied, the changes in the crystal size and microstrain distributions obtained at 400°C were analyzed. The results show that the substitutes of V+5 for Ti+4 in the anatase structure cause distortions, formation of the rutile phase and decrease of crystal size. V+5/TiO2 powders with high dispersion, surface area and activity were obtained.
