目的 探讨使用微小有发头皮片移植术治疗男性型秃发的临床效果。方法 对 18例男性型秃发患者进行 2 2次自体微小有发头皮片移植术 ,其中 16例进行 1次移植 ,1例 2次移植 ,1例 4次移植。结果 12例术后随访 6～ 9个月 ,外观较术前明显改善 ,无并发症发生。结论 应用微小有发头皮片移植治疗男性型秃发 ,术后移植头发存活率高 ,外观自然 ,但一次种植仍显稀疏 ,有时需

Objective To investigate the use of micrografts for the treatment of male pattern hair loss. Methods 18 patients suffered from ardrogenetic alopecia were treated with use of the micrografts between April 1999 and May 2000.16 patients were treated in single procedure. One was performed in two procedures,and another one was transplanted in four procedures. Results 12 patients have been followed from 3 months to 9 months postoperatively.Although a low density, patients were satisfied with results of the appearance without any complication. Conclusion The use of micrografts for the treatment of male pattern baldness makes it possible to grow natural hairs. The majority of patients are satisfied with their new appearance, but some of them will undergo more than one procedure.
