高度近视性外伤性白内障手术联合后巩膜加固术疗效观察

The therapeutic effect observation of cataract extraction combined with posterior scleral reinforcing operation in the traumatic cataract patients with high myopia.

目的 分析高度近视外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入联合后巩膜加固术的效果。方法 观察 2 9例 2 9眼 ,随访时间最长为 7年 ,最短为半年。为了分析疗效 ,随机抽查了 10例 10眼单纯做外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入高度近视患者做为对照。结果 发现联合后巩膜加固术的接受白内障手术者术后视网膜并发症如网膜水肿出血、网脱等发生率明显低于对照组 ,两组对比差异有显著性意义。结论 联合手术是降低高度近视外伤性白内障术后视网膜并发症 ,提高手术安全度的有效方法。

Twenly nine of high myopia (29 eyes) which suffered from traumatic cataract were observed after the operation of extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (ECCE+IOL) combined with posterior scleral reinforcement (PSR),and followed from 0.5 to 7 years.10 high myopia cases (10 eyes) with traumatic cataract which performed ECCE+IOL were also studied as controls.Compared with the results,the retinal complications in the combined operating cases were remarkable lower than in the comtrols such as retinal edema,retinal hemorrhage and retinal detachment.They were higher coefficient of variation.It is considered that combined operation on this type of cases is safe and practical.There is less complications.
