摘要
目的 :探讨前部增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (anteriorproliferativevitreoretinopathy ,aPVR)病理状态下房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量的变化 ,从房水动力学的角度揭示aPVR引起慢性低眼压的发病机制。方法 :利用培养的同种兔皮肤成纤维细胞制作aPVR引起慢性低眼压的动物模型。于术后 14d、2 8d和 5 6d分别测定房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量 (uveoscleraloutflow ,Fu)。结果 :术后 2周 ,实验组和对照组房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量无明显差别 ,但均明显高于正常组 ;术后 4周、8周实验组房水经葡萄膜巩膜流出量明显高于对照组。结论 :在aPVR病理状态下 。
Objective:To study the outflow of aqueous humor in chronic hypotony following anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy(aPVR) ,and to demonstrate the physiologic mechanisms of it Methods: Model of hypotony folloeing aPVR was made by cultured homologous rabbit dermal fibroblasts on pigmented rabbits 14th, 28th and 56th days postoperately, the uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humor was tested Results:Two weeks postoperatively, the uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humorin experimental and control groups were similar, but both of them were more than that in normal group remarkably Four and eight weeks postoperatively, the uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humorin experimental group was more than that in control group significantly Conclusions:The hypotony following aPVR was associated with increased uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humor
