血栓通注射液质量评价研究

Comparative study on quality of Xueshuantong injection produced by different manufactures

目的 对国内 3个厂家的血栓通注射液质量进行对比研究 ,为优选药品、控制产品质量提供科学依据。方法 在部颁标准的基础上 ,采用HPLC测定人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1和三七皂苷R1的含量。结果 各厂家的产品质量有较大差异 ,并且各有优势和不足。结论 建议临床优选用药 ,厂家严格管理 。

OBJECTIVE: In order to provide the quality control data for the xueshuantong injection products, samples of 3 manufactures were collected and analyzed. METHODS: Based on the quality standard of the ministry, the contents of ginsenosides-Rg1, ginsenosides-Rb1 and saponins-R1 in the injection were determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS There were some differeces among the samples. CONCLUSION: In order to guarantee the safety and efficacy of the products, it is necessary for manufactures to improve the quality of xuehuantong injection product.
