摘要 了解呼吸机湿化、雾 化、报警、设定敏感性和吸氧浓度等均对选择和使用呼吸机有重要参考意义。随着机械通气研究的进展及其相关技术的进步,对这些问题的认识也有了很大改变。很多研究成果已被应用到现代呼吸机的生产中。但在临床应用中也应注意到其限度和不足。 It will be helpful in selecting the ventilators and clinical practice. These issues were improved a lot following the progress in the study of mechanical ventilation and related technique. A lot of achievements have been applied to the modern ventilator. However, the users have to pay attention to the limit of ventilators in clinical It is very impo-practice. rtant to learn the function of ventilator in humidification, nebulization, alarm, and how to set up the trigger sensitivity and fraction of inspired oxygen.
