摘要
目的 研究加热对自体骨成骨活性的影响。方法 通过手术造成家兔胫骨 1cm的骨缺损 ,原位分别植入新鲜自体骨、加热 10 0℃ 2 0min及 5 0℃ 2 0min自体骨 ,于手术后 2、4、8、12周进行X线摄片 ,并对平片的相对灰度进行分析 ,测定骨痂胶原蛋白的含量 ,并与组织学检查进行对比。结果 新鲜自体骨成骨活性最高 ,其次是加热5 0℃ 2 0min自体骨 ,加热 10 0℃ 2 0min自体骨成骨活性最差。结论 加热影响植入骨的成骨活性 。
Objectve To compare osteogenesis of heated autogenic bone at various temperature.Methods Heated autogenic bone at various temperature was implanted in the site of the rabbit's where the bone of 1cm in length had been resected.And X-Ray photography was performed.The content of collagen protein of the callus at the graft-host interfaces was measured.The histologic findings were collected at 2?4?8?12 week after the bone was implanted.Results The autogenic bones unheated and heated at 50℃ for 20 minutes were superior to the heated autogenic bone at 100℃ for 20 minutes observed in the X-Ray films.The measurement of the collagen protein of the callus at graft-host interfaces showed that the content of salt-solutable collagen of NHAB and LHAB was higher than that of the HHAB.The histologic findings had the same result.Conclusion The osteogenesis of NHAB and LHAB is superior to that of HHAB.And that has a good relation with temperature at which autogenic bone is heated in advance.
